CEO Beth Wrobel tells how HealthLinc Community Health Center has used Relias Learning as a vital training tool to help their organization grow from a staff size in the 20s to a staff of 260 – without breaking the bank.

HealthLinc is a Federally Qualified Health Center and Patient-Centered Medical Home that has served Indiana for over 20 years. Services include primary and preventive care services; health and wellness education; chronic disease management; prenatal care; women’s health services; men’s health services; wellness checks and immunizations; services to treat depression, anxiety, and many other behavioral health conditions and disorders; comprehensive dental services; pharmacy services and optometry services. Recently they began offering telehealth services.

We were able to implement the training when we were just 25 employees and now we are up to 260, so it’s been able to grow with us.
